1Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "jad baj", "platform" or "site" refers to the online gaming and betting service operated at the domain https://jad-baj.cam. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person who has registered on this site or is using the service.

These terms and conditions apply to all services on the jad baj platform — slots, live casino, cricket betting, football betting and all other gaming sections. By browsing the site, opening an account or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

2Account Registration

• Active mobile number
• Email address (if applicable)

Providing false information will obstruct the account verification process and withdrawals may remain on hold. jad baj may request additional verification documents at any time.

3Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

jad baj is a 21+ platform. No person under the age of 21 may use this site. Any one of the following documents is acceptable for age verification:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Birth Registration Certificate (issued by an authorised body)

When an identity verification request is made, the required documents must be submitted within 72 hours. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily restricted.

If it is proven that a minor has used someone's account, that account will be permanently closed and any withdrawn funds will not be returned.

4Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details — username, password and OTP — completely confidential. Sharing or disclosing this information to any third party is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Suspicious Activity

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify the jad baj support team immediately. jad baj will not be responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised use by a third party.

4.2 Password Security

Use a strong password — a minimum of 8 characters combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters is recommended. It is advised to change your password regularly.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jad baj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform currently supports the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank)

Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before making a withdrawal request:

• The account must be fully verified
• Wagering requirements for any active bonus must be met
• It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same
• Identity verification must be completed

jad baj reserves the right to hold a payment until additional verification is done if suspicious activity is noticed in connection with any withdrawal request.

6Bonuses and Promotions

jad baj offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000 and the wagering requirement ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering requirements must be fully met before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn
• It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time
• The minimum deposit required to claim a bonus is ৳100
• If fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited
• Wagering must be completed before money won using a bonus balance is added to the real balance

7Game Rules

Each game on jad baj has its own rules. General guidelines are given below.

7.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market. jad baj may change these limits at any time.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a technical error, jad baj reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bets. Abnormal winnings obtained by taking advantage of a software or server error may be forfeited.

7.3 Sports Betting

For all sports betting including cricket and football, bets are accepted before the event begins. For live betting, bets placed after the market closes will be considered void. If a match is not held or is rescheduled, bets will be settled according to jad baj policy.

8Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the jad baj platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Misusing bonuses or attempting to exploit the bonus system
• Using another person's account
• Money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Using any software, bot or automated method to place bets or operate games
• Threatening or harassing other members
• Attempting to breach the site's security systems
• Providing false or forged information on the account

jad baj reserves the right to take necessary legal action against such activities.

9Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by jad baj

jad baj may temporarily or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Account verification not completed
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Legal reasons or instructions from authorities

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before closing the account. Self-exclusion requests can be made through live chat.

10Responsible Gaming

13Limitation of Liability
